Access to website - When we set up your website we will host and manage the back end for you, however you will be give two sets of log in credentials - Full Administrator access, plus editor access. if you want to make changes to your content like update text or images use the editor access, if you want to access and make other changes or take your site to another developer or designer you can use the administrator access. 

Hosting - We include hosting renewal in our supported and unsupported management fees. You, Developers and designers can transfer your website to another host with the same administrator access. 

Domain Name -  We can take care of this for you in a number of ways  and we use and recommend GoDaddy 

1. You can leave it with us to manage and support we include domain name renewal in our supported and unsupported management fees.  We list you as the Registrant with domain privacy on. We are listed as the Admin, Technical and billing contact. You can transfer the domain out if you decide to leave us. (Good level of domain name control).
2. With GoDaddy you can use your own GoDaddy account and delegate access to us (High level of domain name control).
3. Your domain name can also be registered with any provider but to set up your domain and connect with your website we will require about 3 to 5minutes of your time via screen share where we will make a quick change on your domain management console to connect your website.  If further support is required we may charge a fee and require access and your time again  (Total domain name control).

Email - For email we use Godaddy Microsoft 365 Email Essentials set up on your own godaddy account with management access delegated to us

Once we discuss your requirements and have your design concept response, Expect 4-6 days for the preview site, and a further 3-10 working days for the site to be completed and published - factors that affect the timeline include how manage pages your site will have, if any image editing is included and how much content we are creating for you.

We will continue working on optimisations for approximately 2 to 3 weeks once your site is live - this includes an iterative process of fine tuning code, for performance, accessibility, images, seo and ranking optimisations.  This work does not usually impact the overall layout or function of the site, but you you will notice improvements in performance insights should you run your website through google lighthouse or gtmetrix. 

We offer reliable support 7 days a week, available via SMS and phone, plus we reply quickly.

When your site is live - we offer 30 days of FREE full support, revisions, and content updates. So if there anything you don't like, or you find isn't working as you expect we will fix it. After 30 days your site will be fully managed with the included hours of support as per your site package.   

• Full Management - Includes things like server hosting, software updates, back ups, malware scanning, domain name renewal and anything that your website requires to remain published, useable and accessible on search.   
• Support is provided in 30min increments so if you have the Pro site with 3 hours of support you have up to 6 x 30min support calls to use every 12 months, ( or 3 x 1 hour).  Support can be used for design tweaks, layout changes, content updates or any other issue you might have. 

Once your support run out, Minor issues (less than 5mins) are usually fixed free of charge, while other issues and updates incur a 60 AUD hourly charge.
