Access to website - When we set up your website we give two sets of log in credentials - Full Administrator access
(you can pass this on if you dont want us to manage for you) and editor access, a restricted account that provides access to update content.  

Hosting & Domain - Username and password and the log in url is provided. 

Email - For hosted email you will have a webmail log in and credentials to add the account to your phone or computer - and for email forwarding you use your current email account to recieve email@your domain. 

We offer support weekdays from 9am till 5pm - The best way to get support is via SMS or a phone call or via our support form. Support is provided in 15min increments - and can be used for design changes, content updates or any other issue you might have.  When your site goes live we offer 30 days of Included support plus minor design tweaks and content updates, If you find something isn't working as you expect we will fix it without charge. 

Once your support hours run out, Minor issues (less than 5mins) are usually fixed free of charge, while other issues are billed AUD30 per 15mins or part thereof.

Supported management includes technical support and content updates with website management.

Unsupported includes just website management and this covers all the technical stuff that keeps your website online secure and functional - for example all the software, hosting and domain billables and back end maintenance like software updates, backups, and malware/security scanning.   

To get started contact us via our web form, call or sms, When you are ready to proceed we will request that you provide 2 or 3 links to websites you like the look and feel of, you can pick existing published sites, templates or even send some images of logos, fonts or colour pallets you like. 

We will send you a proposal and then request from you:

1. Pictures:  Around 15 (min 5) high resolution photos (ie 1200px on longest edge, not too dark/bright/grainy)
2. Text/Content - If you have links to existing escort directory profiles, or published ads, you can include the links for context, If you know exactly what you want to say you can also provide the exact text

No. Our fees include everything you need to publish your website and keep it running for 1 year.  After 1 year we offer unsupported and supported management of your website. 

You can pay via Debit /Credit Card or  PayID.  We dont require a deposit until the design concept phase. - at this point the home page is published on a preview link and we get your feedback, once you are happy we ask for a 50% payment, and then we start building the remaining pages. Once you are happy with the remaining pages, the balance is paid and we launch your site on your domain and complete the SEO and other optimisations. 

Generally a website project will take 3-4 weeks from start to finish. But we operate a little differently - Once your home page is approved, we get that live asap, and then add the remaining pages. Your home page should be live within 10-14 days - factors that affect the timeline include how long you take to provide feedback, how many pages your site will have, if any image editing is included and how much content we are creating for you.

We will continue working on optimisations for approximately 1-2 weeks once your site is live - this includes an iterative process of fine tuning code for performance, accessibility, images, resolving any google and seo issues and other optimisations.  This work does not impact the overall appearance or function of the site, but you may notice improvements in performance insights.
